CAREERS & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
VOLUNTEERS
We always appreciate an extra set of hands at the school! Whether it is for a single project, summer internship, or even a part-time/full-time commitment, feel free to contact us!
Group Projects
Many students and non-profit groups have assisted the school as part of a club activity or volunteer event. Below is a list of previous groups who partnered with our church and school:
- Christ Memorial Shared Blessings Thrift Shop: preschool book donations
- Kapaa High School Football Team: Church Labyrinth construction and beautification
- KOKO Keiki Orchestra: Violin Classes for our students
- Kauai Community College: ECE Department - Volunteer Internships / Lab hours
- Kamehameha School Pauahi Keiki Scholars: various campus maintenance and cleaning projects
- Uncle Warren Dastrup & Friends: Weekly Music Classes for our students
- YWCA "My Body is Special" annual awareness presentations for our students
Individual Services
Some of our parents and alumni have used their talents and treasures to give back to the school! We are blessed with their willingness to help off-set rising tuition costs by providing free volunteer services during and after their time here at All Saints. Below is a list of some ways our families have given back to the school:
- Cleaning bathrooms over the summer
- Power-washing the sidewalks
- Wiping windows
- Taking recycling and large trash to appropriate sites
Coming Soon! Farm-To-ECE Project
In partnership with Malama Kauai, we hope to start expanding our Farm-to-ECE/Keiki project by fixing up our large garden behind the campus. After initial plans are finalized, we would love volunteers to assist with the cleaning, maintaining, and nurturing of our little school garden throughout the year. Students will be regularly visiting the garden as part of their curriculum, but we will need to upkeep it over the breaks and summer months. If you are interested in partnering with us, we would love to hear from you!
