NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENTS
STEP 1: CONFIRM ENROLLMENT
Please let us know if you plan to join us this August. Sending us a confirmation will let us know you plan to finish your enrollment packet and turn in your forms by July 15, 2021 to lock in your spot.

STEP 2: TURN IN YOUR ENROLLMENT PACKET BY JULY 15TH

To get started, download and review the Enrollment Packet and the Medical Forms.
Your enrollment will be considered complete once all the following are received by the office:
- The Enrollment Packet completed by your family
- The Medical Forms completed by your doctor
- A $125.00 deposit ($50.00 registration fee + $75.00 activity fee)
Ways to return your completed forms:
- Email your completed form to [email protected]
- Place the hard copy in our drop box at the school entrance
- Mail the complete packet to PO Box, 248, Kapaa, HI 96746.
Ways to pay:
- Submit your packet with your $125.00 deposit ($50.00 registration fee and $75.00 activity fee)
- The deposit must be a check, made out to "All Saints Preschool" with the memo "2021-2022 Deposit"
- Provide ACH direct deposit payment through the Child Pilot app
- Cash is NOT accepted at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Schedule a Private Campus Tour
Summer time is the best time to schedule a private tour of campus! Please bear in mind, we may have construction in progress while our new solar panels are installed (exciting!). The tour will allow you to take a sneak peak of campus before orientation day. Feel free to ask any enrollment questions during your visit.

Parent Orientation
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- RSVP* for a time slot to tour campus and meet your teacher (one parent per class at a time)
- Please have only one parent attend with your child
August 3, 2021
Group A* Class Orientation
- Group A children will attend school from 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Group B children will stay home
- Parents and students use this day to get used to the drop off and pickup
procedure as well as a typical half-day of school (up to nap time)
August 4, 2021
Group B* Class Orientation
- Second half of the class will attend school while Group A stay home
- School is half-day again from 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
August 5, 2021
Half Day of School for All Students
- All students will come together to meet the rest of their classmates and enjoy
a half-day of school
August 6, 2021
First Full Day of School
- Students begin their first full day of school from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Parents may use this time to confirm if they want to keep their child in school
all day or pickup early around nap time at 12:00 PM
August 10, 2021
First Month Tuition is due
- Monthly tuition is $795.00 (includes a $95.00 discount)
- Tuition is due by the 10th of each month
- Tuition collected after the 10th is assessed a $50.00 late fee
4. DOWNLOAD THE CHILD PILOT APP
Our school uses CHILD PILOT as our preschool management system. This app will often be used by school administration for all things attendance tracking, billing, notices, and important messages.

Don't worry. Just ask one of our staff members to help your child check in and out each morning.
2. Accept the Invitation
By now, you would have received an invitation to join our software system and create an account. If you haven't created an account yet, please email [email protected] to request to re-send the invitation.
Please Note: Each Authorized Pick-Up will need their own invitation. If someone does not have an email address, they won't be able to use the app. Sharing logins are possible, but discouraged, as we want accurate recording of who is physically coming to the school.

All Saints Preschool is limited in our ability to follow up with any scholarship awards from outside sources.

- A physical exam is required within 12 months of attending the first day of school.

Q: What is the DHS EARLY CHILDHOOD PRE-K HEATH RECORD SUPPLEMENT (DHS FORM 908) ?
Q: My child does not have allergies. Do I need to complete the Allergy Supplemental?
- Form 14 is filled out by your doctor and is required by the Department of Education, the Department of Health, and the Department of Human Services.
- This form tells us your child's immunization records, TB clearance, and other medical concerns we may need to be aware of.
Q: I don't want my child to be immunized. Are there exemptions?
- Medical Exemptions - If your doctor advises a medical exemption, please have them complete a medical exemption form and attach it to the DOE FORM 14.
- Religious Exemptions - If you are claiming a religious exemption, please download and have your doctor complete the DOE RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION FORM. Attach the completed form to DOE FORM 14.
- No other exemptions will be accepted.
Q: What are the immunization requirements?
- TB Clearance
- 4 Diphtheria-Tetanus-acellular Pertussis (DTaP) or 4 Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (DTP)
- 3 Polio (IPV or OPV)
- 1 Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR)
- 1 Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)
- 3 Hepatitis B (Hep B)
- 1 Varicella / Chickenpox
Q: I am claiming an immunization exemption. Do I still need to have a TB clearance?
- YES. All children must have an immunization clearance BEFORE starting school.
- If clearance is not received, your child will either be denied entry until it is received or dis-enrolled. If your child is dis-enrolled, we will open your space to the next child on our wait list and you will need to re-apply to rejoin the wait list.
- In many cases, TB screenings are conducted in lieu of an injection. Please contact your doctor for any medical questions.
Q: What are the different ways I can show a TB clearance?
- Your TB clearance may be either marked on your DOE FORM 14 under "Tuberculosis Evaluation" or
- You may attach the negative TB confirmation onto your DOE FORM 14
Q: What if I can't see my doctor before July 15th?
- If your doctor is unavailable for a TB clearance, you may download the TB REGISTRATION FORM contact the DOE Kauai office to schedule an appointment at 1-808-241-3387.
- Physical exams may be conducted after July 15th if the appointment card is attached to your DOE FORM 14. We will follow up with you again after your appointment date.
Q: What is the DHS EARLY CHILDHOOD PRE-K HEATH RECORD SUPPLEMENT (DHS FORM 908) ?
- This form is mandatory for the Department of Human Services as a means of tracking children's development as they enter preschool.
